Call Center Unit has a functional role in the social entrepreneurship route of this institution. By creating proper job opportunities for persons with disabilities (PDs), this unit has succeeded in creating stable and productive jobs for them. This unit is one of the prosperous centers in providing specialized services with the license taken from the Communications Regulatory Authority, creating 150 job opportunities envisaged in 6 call-center halls on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the institution building. While equipped with all software and hardware systems, it provides market research services, technical support, telephone marketing, customer satisfaction appraisal, after-sales supports and services, surveys, opinion polls, and 24-hour response. Moreover, it collects information; implements data; monitors the performance of telephone services; implements voice-to-text; and diligently keeps an eye on customers and dissemination of information.
