In this well-trodden path, we are committed to create accessible and supportive occupation opportunities for persons of disabilities (PDs) so as to achieve their financial and social independence in our country. We believe that people with disabilities (PDs), like other individuals, have potential capabilities that are of operative role in society.
The private sector plays a substantial role in realization of Ra’d al-Ghadir’s vision. While creating appropriate job opportunities, the private sector develops the intellectual capacities of society, especially by promoting the culture of employing persons of disabilities (PDs) in the business community, and showcasing a realistic image of the dimensions of individual’s abilities.
Social entrepreneurship in Ra’d al-Ghadir charity is a fruitful instance of the participation of the private and public sectors in developing engagement prospects for persons of disabilities (PDs). To achieve our overall vision and informed missions in the New Year, we shall focus on the subsequent subject matters:
● Holding technical-vocational training courses suitable for the job market for persons of disabilities (PDs),
● Creating proper job opportunities for persons of disabilities (PDs) in partnership with business owners in private sector,
● Supporting persons of disabilities (PDs) to start their own businesses.
