Many persons with disabilities (PDs) dwelling in cities around Tehran, such as Islamshahr, Rabat Karim, Pishwa, Qarchak, Karaj, Parand, despite their eagerness to use the services of the institution, due to economic difficulties and the lack of suitable public transportation, they are deprived of access to the opportunities of technical and professional training, rehabilitation, dentistry, and occupation, which can be provided for them provided that they can handle the transportation costs.

Since the training and rehabilitation programs are implemented on a semester (three months), the minimum number of training and rehabilitation sessions for each person takes eight sessions per month and 24 sessions per semester.
