The role of Ra’d al-Ghadir Education Department is very vital and valuable in empowering persons with disabilities (PDs). By holding technical and professional training courses according to the education, physical condition of the applicants, and the needs of the labor market, this department helps them to achieve more job opportunities and financial independence through providing new and practical training courses.

With the permission of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of the country and enjoying 4 Training Workshops in appropriate and accessible environment, this department teaches various fields under the 4 headings:

• Information and Communication Technology,
• Crafts,
• Design and Sewing,
• Decorative Arts.

Let it remain unsaid that, this department also employs experienced instructors and use modern teaching methods, in which the special needs of people with physical and motor disabilities are taken into account. The Graduates who have obtained technical and professional certificates are introduced to the Job Hunting Unit after consultation.
