Those persons interested in voluntary activities can cooperate if they accept the conditions of the institution. The membership requirements for candidates include the following:  

• Being at least 18 years old,
• Enjoying mental health,
• Adherence to the laws of the country and the commitment to observe the principle of political neutrality,

• Having the motivation and spirit of sacrifice and love for others without prejudice and sense of discrimination,

• Ability to work certain hours of the day or week or month,
• Possessing sufficient skill and expertise in the field of cooperation,
• Ability to learn and participate in training courses if needed.

After completing the online registration form and providing detailed information and the context of participation, those interested must participate in the face-to- face interview held at Ra’d al-Ghadir Institution. In the interview, the candidate must explain his motivation and interest for volunteering. After passing the interview, if needed, the candidate must take the necessary training courses.  Training courses usually teach volunteers the skills necessary to perform volunteer activities.
