Professional, mental, physical and social empowerment of the target community (with physical and movement disabilities and deaf and hard of hearing) in the path of employment by providing the following services:

1. ● Technical and professional training in accordance with the needs of the labor market in the field of information technology, handicrafts, sewing and needlework design, art courses and training of personal and social development skills,
2. ● Providing rehabilitation services (occupational therapy),
3. ● Providing dental services to the target community from all over the country,
4. ● Social entrepreneurship through direct employment of the target community in Ra’d al-Ghadir charity (employment in sewing workshops, call centers and handicraft workshops) based on the available capacity,
5. ● Building the employment capacity of the target community in the business market,
6. ● Psychological services and individual and collective counseling in order to increase self-confidence and job empowerment of the target community,
7. ● Providing assistance and support services in line with job empowerment of the target community,
8. ● Establishment of centers similar to the institution in the country with the help of benefactors from different cities.
