This unit has provided the occupation for 15 persons with disabilities (PDs) by equipping and setting up a sewing workshop unit in the field of production of work garments for employees of companies, organizations, workshops, schools and hospitals since 2005. Its main products include, school coats, hospital bed sheets, bags and fabric sacks located on the 1st floor of the eastern building of the institution. Commitment, accountability, punctuality, quality, and efforts to win the confidence, satisfaction and attraction of customers have prepared the grounds for cooperation with more than 150 prominent brands of the country.
Giving the opportunity to purchase and supply goods from the products of this workshop by companies, bodies and organizations is a valuable and human action that not only plays an actual role in gaining social credit but also promotes corporate or personal social responsibility (CSR) and participation. Their spirituality has provided support for sustainable occupation for this group, but it has also led to the construction and expansion of a typical exemplar of the cooperation chain of non-governmental organizations and the private and public sectors. All consumers can visit the workshop in person and after observing the quality of the products, they can enter into an official contract.
