Creating and attempting to develop the intellectual capacity of the society towards the right attitude towards the existential dimensions of persons with disabilities (PDs) is one of the important priorities of this institution. In the meantime, trying to introduce and employ skilled human resources to companies and organizations that looking for human resources, considering the compatibility of jobs and employees, are the key activities of the Occupation Unit of this center.
In Iran, the law on the protection of the rights of the persons with disabilities(PDs) obliges companies and organizations to allocate at least 3% of their workforce and many of them grappling with the problem of unemployment. Sharing job opportunities in the private sector with the Occupation Unit can help improve the state of affairs. With this collaboration, companies can attract appropriate human resources by spending less time and budget. Correspondingly, this not only normalizes the attendance of persons with disabilities (PDs) as a capable and skilled workforce, but also leads to the personal and financial independence of them and enhance their social attendance in the society.
