Saving and safekeeping of movable and immovable property, settlement of accounts, payment of debts and receipt of claims, implementation of the approvals of the Board of Trustees. Opening an account in banks by completing legal formalities, following up judicial and tax processes and recording in all legal stages in the courts and taking a decision and appointing a lawyer and dismissing him, ending and disposing of lawsuits through conciliation and in case of delegating and handing over all or part of his powers to any other person, whether legal or real, with the right to delegate to others.
