The Board of Trustees shall elect one person as the main inspector and one person as the substitute inspector for a period of one year.
The duties of the Inspectors are:
- Examining all financial documents and papers and preparing a report for the Board of Trustees,
- Studying the annual report of the Board of Directors, both financial and non-financial, and preparing the performance report for the Board of Trustees,
- Reporting any violation committed by the Board of Directors to the Board of Trustees,
- Expressing a written opinion about the accuracy of the assets, performance and requirements and information that the Managers have placed at the disposal of the Board of Trustees.
