While creating appropriate job opportunities, the private sector develops the intellectual capacities of society, especially by promoting the culture of employing persons of disabilities (PDs) in the business community, and showcasing a realistic image of the dimensions of individual\u2019s abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Social entrepreneurship in Ra’d al-Ghadir charity is a fruitful instance of the participation of the private and public sectors in developing engagement prospects for persons of disabilities (PDs).
