Ra’d al-Ghadir has a Board of Directors of people with diverse expertise and experience who play a significant role in this non-governmental organization. They are accountable for making macro and strategic decisions in the face of challenges and opportunities. Supervision of executive performance, compliance with principles and regulations, management of financial resources, and improvement of the organization\u2019s performance also belong to their duties. While they communicate with the community, attract financial support and increase the transparency of the organization are among their main goals. With a wide range of expertise, the Board of Directors plays a vital role in the growth and development  of the organization and the realization of social goals. The Board of Directors is the legal representative of the institution and its duties and powers in the framework of the charter are as follows:<\/p>\r<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n

Saving and safekeeping of movable and immovable property, settlement of accounts, payment of debts and receipt of claims, implementation of the approvals of the Board of Trustees. Opening an account in banks by completing legal formalities, following up judicial and tax processes and recording in all legal stages in the courts and taking a decision and appointing a lawyer and dismissing him, ending and disposing of lawsuits through conciliation and in case of delegating and handing over all or part of his powers to any other person, whether legal or real, with the right to delegate to others.<\/p><\/p> \n\n\n\n
